About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and scale a creator ecosystem of micro-creators, brand fans, and store associates
- Launch always-on creator programs across TikTok, ShopMy, and other channels
- Identify, amplify, and scale organic and viral content
- Develop repeatable, high-performing content formats focused on product storytelling
- Partner with CRM, paid media, and e-commerce teams to optimize performance
- Implement test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve output
Requirements
You bring a strong analytical mindset with a bias toward testing and optimization, and a deep understanding of platform dynamics across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator channels. You’re also resourceful and collaborative, with a proven ability to scale content and creator programs in a fast-moving, always-on environment. A sense of humor is a plus!

Pay
The compensation range for this position is 100,000.00 USD - 110,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
