About the role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable leader to join our team as the Manager, Crew Scheduling. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Operational Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of crew scheduling supervisors and their assigned duties and schedules
- Ensuring the crew scheduling desks are consistently staffed appropriately
- Paying crew schedulers and crew scheduling supervisors correctly
- Ensuring procedures are being complied with according to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and company procedures
- Executing safety risk management and performing safety assurance using SMS principles
- Developing and maintaining crew scheduling training programs and policies
- Forecasting the crew coverage outlook and daily operations related to crew staffing
- Implementing irregular operational plans related to crew scheduling
- Notifying and responding to management/senior management inquiries on a real-time basis regarding operational problems
- Cooking with other departments as required
- Overseeing crew scheduling training curriculum and crew scheduler training records
Requirements
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Flight Operations Suite software
- Experience in airline flight operations
Qualifications and Competencies
- Ability to work with all levels of management and support staff
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated competence in effective project management skills
- Leadership/management experience
- Three (3) years Crew Scheduling Experience
- Experience onboarding Operations Control Center (OCC) technology/Software Platforms such as FLICA
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
Physical Requirements
- Occasional lifting, up to 25 pounds
- Frequent walking and climbing up and down stairs

Pay
$75,000.00/Annual Salary - 100,000.00/Annual Salary (Based on locale and experience)
