Manager, AI Deployment

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold the AI Deployment team accountable for performance
• Oversee customer program teams through multi-phase implementations ensuring quality delivery
• Ensure adherence to strict delivery standards and operational improvements
• Track team performance and customer adoption metrics to ensure platform success
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enhance service delivery frameworks
• Guide team through technical roadmaps and provide executive support in customer sessions

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex SaaS or AI implementations in enterprise settings
• Direct experience managing and coaching implementation teams in tech environments
• Proven track record managing implementation portfolios and optimizing customer onboarding
• Expert-level organizational and time management skills
• Deep understanding of contact center operations and KPIs
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional leaders and manage escalations effectively

Pay

$150,000 – $165,000 annually
