AI Deployment Manager

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments from project kickoff to successful launch
• Own project planning, timelines, execution, and delivery of customer implementations
• Act as a trusted partner, translating business goals into successful AI strategies
• Operationalize AI models across the company’s platform in collaboration with internal teams
• Drive value realization to ensure deployments yield measurable results
• Guide customers through each phase of deployment while maintaining stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations
• Strong project management skills with a focus on a consultative approach
• Comfortable with technical concepts, data analysis, and analytics
• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear and actionable plans
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on execution and tangible outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Pay

$100,000 – $150,000 annually
