About the role

The Manager, Affiliate Activation (TikTok Shop) is the strategic champion of our creator engagement ecosystem. This role is responsible for leading the growth of our Social Commerce presence on TikTok for the US, developing a full-funnel affiliate model that drives both brand love and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a heavy emphasis on TikTok and/or TikTok Shop
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Advanced expertise in contract negotiations and relationship management with high-tier/VIP influencers or talent agencies
  • In-depth experience in creator briefing, influencer community management, and budget oversight for beauty and/or lifestyle brands
  • Proficiency in TikTok Business Suite, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Sprinklr, Traackr, Lark, and Discord, and editing platforms

Benefits

Salary Range: $98,400 – $140,200
