Position Summary

What You'll Do
- Own and grow a book of business by driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities that expand supplier investment in MAP’s advertising solutions
- Build trusted relationships with supplier partners, becoming their go-to advisor for retail media strategy and performance optimization
- Translate data into action by using campaign insights and performance trends to recommend strategies that improve results and unlock incremental revenue
- Lead strategic account planning to align MAP advertising solutions with supplier business goals and seasonal priorities
- Deliver compelling recommendations and proposals that clearly articulate value, performance outcomes, and growth opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of advertising programs
- Navigate a high-growth environment by adapting quickly, prioritizing effectively, and helping shape scalable account management practices
What You’ll Bring
- Proven ability to grow accounts through renewals, upselling, or expanding client partnerships in advertising, retail media, or a related space
- Strong understanding of advertising and/or retail media, with the ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes
- Relationship-first mindset, with a track record of building trust and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
- Comfort with data and insights, using performance metrics to tell a story and drive decision-making
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering client-facing recommendations or business reviews
- Commercial acumen, with a clear focus on revenue growth and customer value
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, omni channel merchandising, or related area
Preferred Qualifications
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Master's degree in business, marketing and sales, or related area.
