About the role
We are looking for an Analytics Consultant for our Decision Intelligence practice. This role involves managing consulting projects and engagements delivering Marketing Analytics, Real World Data (RWD) Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Market Mix Modeling, and Predictive Modeling. Candidates should be familiar with the application of analytics in the Life Sciences and Biopharma domain, including Commercial Analytics and RWD Analytics use cases such as:
- Patient analytics using Real World Data (RWD) sources such as Claims data, EHR/EMR data, lab/diagnostic testing data, etc.
- Predictive modeling using Real World Data.
Responsibilities
- Directly work with senior clients in a highly consultative and responsive manner to deliver high-quality and high-impact analytical solutions to business problems.
- Demonstrate strong consultative and client-facing experience with a commercial mindset, including accountability and responsibility for individual and team work.
- Build morale, energy, and engagement while fostering a learning and growth-oriented team culture.
- Challenge ideas in a productive and non-critical manner.
- Manage projects ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed analysis plans tailored to business problems using a structured problem-solving approach.
- Lead discussions with clients to identify business problems, conduct ongoing discovery, build consensus, and present recommendations and deliverables.
- Understand various datasets such as LAAD, XPO, NPA, and Promotional data.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy (SP), Payer, and Market Access.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $98,250 to $136,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment. Geographic location may also adjust the salary range.
