Manager, Administrative Services - Variable Shift
About the role
This position manages day-to-day operations of information maintenance and distribution, service area workflow, and oversees multiple teams in executing high-visibility and impactful events.
Responsibilities
- Provides directions to multiple multi-disciplinary teams.
- Evaluates and implements changes to department budget based on timeline, staffing, space, and equipment needs.
- Manages senior-level relationships with vendors by aligning complex vendor relationships with member and organizational goals and issues.
- Coaches teams on data integrity and reporting by anticipating and assigning high-impact operational tasks.
- Manages budget management to teams by evaluating and implementing changes to department budget based on timeline, staffing, space and equipment needs.
- Manages service area workflow by determining staff assignments and resource allocation across multiple teams in partnership with management, vendors, and leadership.
- Oversees multiple teams in coordination and planning of high-visibility and impactful events by enabling teams to conduct and serving as an expert resource for meeting facilitation.
- Oversees multiple teams in execution of high-visibility and impactful events by anticipating, assigning, and coordinating multiple team leads to supervise operational tasks in preparation for events.
- Learns and applies advanced department direction and strategy.
- Develops and leads efforts to craft business development opportunities, department policies and procedures, and organizational goals.
- Plans multiple team efforts to enact set strategic directions and reviews improvements to strategy approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of experience managing operational or project budgets.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., mentoring or leading a project) with or without direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Health Care or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative support or directly related field, OR minimum five (5) years of experience in administrative support or a directly related field.
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role of a matrixed organization.
- Four (4) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).

Pay
The posted pay range is based on possible base salaries for the role and does not reflect the full value of our total rewards package. Actual base pay determined at offer will be based on labor market data, internal alignment, and a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
