Key Responsibilities
- Track, summarize, and prepare regular updates on team performance, market intelligence, and transaction status to support decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Investor Relations, Enterprise Planning, Tax, Legal, and Accounting for project status and detail.
- Support the team with the continual process of identifying and evaluating acquisition and divestiture candidates consistent with portfolio strategy.
- Aid deal leads in the execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions, including tracking property data assessment, underwriting coordination, due diligence management, and closing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across an internal network of key business partners.
- Develop deeper transactional and valuation skills through intentional cross-training and development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Finance, Environmental Science, Real Estate or a related field.
- Graduate degree in Business or Forestry preferred.
- 5+ years in Forestry, Natural Resource, or other real property-based management or investments.

- Adept in Excel, proficient in Power Point and Word.
