About the role
As a Manager in our Accounting Execution team within Private Equity Advisory, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and SEC guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal audit and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
