Manager, Accounting Execution - Private Equity Advisory

About the role

As a Manager in our Accounting Execution team within Private Equity Advisory, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and SEC guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of private equity and investment banking concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
