About The Role
You will be responsible for building a new engine of growth for this line of businesses. You will be responsible for hiring, training and building the class of Account Development sellers, driving the MRR expansion and growth across our growing partner base. You do this by building an inclusive and motivating work environment, establishing clear KPI and metrics for performance and working with our S&O and Product partners to build the optimal customer experience. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Account Development - In Store and will lead team members in key strategic markets in NAM. This role will be remote but will require travel to your key markets for both organization and restaurant sales support as needed.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years in account management or account development leadership positions with experience in SaaS, SMB Tech or Restaurant Sales.
- A track record of building and growing a high-performing sales team, capable of sourcing and developing top talent.
- Consistently achieved and overperformed on strategic sales goals.
- Commitment to leading with empathy and effective communication, fostering a positive and motivating team environment.
- Commitment to contributing significantly to SevenRooms and DoorDash's growth and culture, embodying our core values and impacting the company's success in NAM.
- Experience working directly with restaurants and hospitality groups, understanding their needs and identifying gaps in their operations.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team and guarantee a smooth transition for new restaurant partners.
- Comfortable with sales tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, and general data analysis.
- Incorporation of AI tools in daily work to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and practice at training team to do the same.
Pay & Benefits
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. See Below For Paid Time Off Details For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is $151,440—$222,640 USD. The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado is $189,300—$278,300 USD.
