About the role
This fast-paced program touches every aspect of the business unit, designed to be completed in 18-24 months with the opportunity to finish in as little as 12 months. You’ll acquire industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop relationship-building abilities. The program allows you to carve your own career path with promotion opportunities based on performance. You’ll be assigned operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management.

Responsibilities
- Handle sales and processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
- Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventive maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives to meet overall Ryder market share goals.
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
- Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain and grow the customer base.
- Voluntarily or as scheduled, perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules determined by your supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (business administration or similar related degree preferred).
- One (1) year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
- No travel required.
- DOT regulated: No.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
Pay
Salaried position with a pay range of $55,000. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on role and performance.
