Management Trainee - Operations

About the role
This is a 6-9 month accelerated training program offering a clear career path. You will receive development opportunities through live-environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel. Upon completion, you will relocate with a promotion to Assistant Manager at any CSL plasma center in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana. Company-paid relocation assistance is provided. Overnight travel up to 25% of the time is required.
The program consists of three phases:
- Production Training (7 weeks): Learn staff responsibilities, including roles as Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy, and Plasma Processing Technician.
- Center Leadership Training (10–14 weeks): Travel overnight for a total of 5 weeks (1–3 weeks at a time) to leadership training sites for classroom and live-environment training.
- Leadership Experience & Development (12 weeks): Receive weekly one-on-one mentoring with a Sponsor and complete leadership development classes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure the center is "inspection ready."
- Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
- Handle center financial responsibilities.
- Travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
The goal is to secure a promotion within 60 days of program completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience, including 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana after training.
- Overnight travel up to 25% of the time.
Pay
Expected base pay for this position at hiring is $24.93 per hour.
