Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

About the role

Participate in structured training and departmental rotation across various business units to gain practical knowledge of Retail Showroom Operations, Warehouse, Factory, and Head Office activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in merchandising, stock management, and supply chain coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyze operational issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Support management in executing strategic business initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
• Skills in retail operations, warehouse operations, daily operations management, retail management, back office operations, wholesale operations, and dealer operations.
