We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
- (Examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations.)
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).

- Competitive Compensation - Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $60,021 with an average 45 hour work week.
