Management Trainee - Maui

This position is located at various locations throughout the island of Maui. Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership, or sales (examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry; leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and operations. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential.
