Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including sales, service, and financial metrics
- Drive revenue through coaching on sales and service
- Manage performance metrics such as sales, labor, and profit margins
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve escalated concerns
- Oversee inventory, cash controls, and operational procedures
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant store environment
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year management experience in automotive, retail, or service industry
- Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills
- Customer service and sales-focused mindset
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and physical capability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with tools in a noisy environment
