Management Trainee

About the role

Since 1932, Prudential Overall Supply has provided best-in-class solutions for businesses' uniform and textile needs, being deemed essential in the services provided to clients and the community. The Manager Potential Training Program (MPTP) is a one-year hands-on training program for college graduates.

Responsibilities

• Training in three focus areas: production and plant operations, customer service and route delivery, and corporate sales.
• Opportunities for traveling assignments.
• Led by leadership training with other program participants and seasoned company managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record and commitment to adhering to DOT regulations.
• Previous work experience in a customer service, sales, or operational role.
• Ability to work in an industrial warehouse or cleanroom setting.
• Able to meet overall physical demands of the role.
• Management and leadership orientation to fill future roles.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Open to travel, as business needs dictate.
• Open to relocation following the completion of the program.
• Curiosity to understand our business environment and ask questions.
• Growth oriented.
