As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment, and get out into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
• Master business operations, including customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and branch management.
• Build community relationships to grow your own business.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team in a structured, hands-on program.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition to drive business growth and personal success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership (e.g., athletics, organizations/clubs, volunteerism, or similar roles).
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 18 years of age.
