Management Trainee
About the role
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Manager in Training, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
- Operate as an operational expert
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch
- Cultivate new business and develop your team
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
- Get out into the community and establish essential business relationships
- Learn how to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Understand the importance of putting our customers first
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of one year experience in two or more of the following within the last 6 years:
- Sales- commission sales strongly preferred or with set goals and/or bonus potential
- Customer service in a service industry (i.e.- retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
- Leadership role in the military or clubs/organizations
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or college team
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's US license for one year
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must live in or be moving to the Eastern Shore of Maryland within the next 30 days
