Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team in our structured program.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations in a hands-on learning environment with guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Embrace a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
