About the role
This 24-week, hands-on Management Trainee Program is designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. Trainees will become part of a team, actively participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations, and gain knowledge of the company, culture, and the transportation industry. The program focuses on developing future-based leadership skills to prepare trainees for a management position upon completion.

Requirements
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
