Management Trainee

Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world. About the role

Our Trainee Program is designed for entry-level qualified candidates eager to learn and grow with an organization that prioritizes its people. Each participant will spend approximately 12 months developing and mastering the tools and skills needed to succeed across multiple aspects of the organization. This program offers a cross-functional, hands-on learning experience through guided segments, including:

• Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture
• Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• Residential and commercial sales
• Wholesale and branch sales functions
• Distribution and warehouse functions
• Creating a great customer experience

After successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to discuss your professional goals and career path, with roles available in sales, branch operations, warehouse operations, finance, marketing, and more.

Requirements

• Graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic
• Ability to work in changing environments and navigate complexity
• Willingness to travel during the training period
• Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program

A strong interest in or desire to learn any of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering. Internship experience in these areas is also beneficial.
