About the role
As a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to exceeding Guests' expectations and providing an exceptional Team Member experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operating Director in directing, training, and developing Team Members to ensure Guests' expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage both Front and Heart of the House operations, focusing on quality and meeting or exceeding standards.
- Read, interpret, and positively influence P&L statements.
- Operate the business according to strict PDQ standards.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace where Team Members feel safe, secure, and respected.
- Coach and teach Team Members, recognizing and rewarding their performance and effort.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift managers or assistant restaurant managers in quick service restaurants.
- Excellent people and Guest service skills.
- Full proficiency in all aspects of the kitchen.
- Ability to read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements.
- Responsible for all product ordering and receiving, scheduling shifts, and ensuring efficient operations.
