What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in AI training.
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and depth of managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying flawed reasoning.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field.
• Real-world experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting.
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows.
