We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help train the next generation of AI systems. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex management challenges.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, logic, and realism
• Evaluate AI reasoning across topics like team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI managerial reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing complex tradeoffs
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing precise, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable — able to meet deadlines without close supervision

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or consulting
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
