What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for logical soundness and real-world accuracy
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak tradeoffs, and gaps in managerial decision logic
• Provide clear, structured feedback that directly improves how AI models reason about leadership
• Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no set hours

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management, leadership, or organizational behavior at the postsecondary level
• Deep understanding of management theory, organizational behavior, and leadership frameworks
• Strong ability to evaluate decision-making quality and identify reasoning gaps
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, structured feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable working independently

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
• Industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
