What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for logical soundness and real-world accuracy
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak tradeoffs, and gaps in managerial decision logic
- Provide clear, structured feedback that directly improves how AI models reason about leadership
- Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no set hours
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management, leadership, or organizational behavior at the postsecondary level
- Deep understanding of management theory, organizational behavior, and leadership frameworks
- Strong ability to evaluate decision-making quality and identify reasoning gaps
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, structured feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
