About the role
The Management Intern supports student engagement, communications, and administrative operations for the Work+Learn unit within University College. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive graduate student interested in program management, student success initiatives, and data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of Work+Learn programs, initiatives, and pilot projects.
- Aid in project planning, timeline tracking, task coordination, and follow-up activities to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
- Cook up communications with students, campus partners, and other stakeholders through email, presentations, marketing materials, and virtual platforms.
- Assist with student recruitment, outreach, onboarding, and engagement efforts for Work+Learn programs and initiatives.
- Collect, organize, track, and analyze program data to support assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain project documentation, process guides, meeting notes, and operational records.
- Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and other materials used to communicate program outcomes and recommendations.
- Monitor day-to-day operational activities and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and participant experience.
- Collaborate with team members and campus partners to advance departmental goals and strategic priorities.
- Contribute to the overall Work+Learn department through event support, attending meetings, and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current ASU Graduate student and enrolled in classes.

- Experience developing presentations, reports, or student-facing materials.
- Experience working in higher education, student programs, or peer leadership roles.
- Experience with administrative processes such as purchasing, budgeting, or expense tracking (preferred but not required).
- Interest in coordinating projects, programs, events, or initiatives from planning through execution.
- Interest in program management, operations, assessment, process improvement, or student success initiatives.
Pay
$20.00 USD per hour
