LATICRETE International is seeking driven and passionate Learning & Development professionals for our Management Development Program (MDP)—an accelerated, hands-on experience designed to prepare you for an impactful career in L&D within a global manufacturing organization.

About the role

The 12–18 month rotational program develops future Learning & Development professionals through business immersion, employee development initiatives, and hands-on learning program management. Participants complete structured rotations in key functions—Manufacturing, Digital Education, Technical Service, Marketing, and Sales—to build a comprehensive understanding of the organization, employee experience, and business needs. You’ll interact directly with senior leadership and lead high-impact L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Journey & Onboarding: Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding experience. Partner with stakeholders to enhance the journey from candidate to long-term employee. Develop onboarding curricula and resources that promote engagement and accelerate productivity.
  • Digital Education & Technical Service Training: Collaborate with Digital Education to develop and maintain digital learning content for employees and customers. Work with Technical Service to design and deliver technical training programs using instructor-led formats.
  • Marketing Partnership, Branding & Communications: Contribute to internal communications, employee newsletters, learning campaigns, and promotional materials that drive awareness and engagement. Build cross-functional relationships and gain exposure to marketing strategies, branding principles, and communication best practices to enhance learning adoption.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (MBA, MIB, MA, or MS) in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience.
  • Association for Talent Development (APTD or CPTD) or similar certification preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut.
  • Strong interest in employee learning, leadership development, training, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to lead within a dynamic, growing organization.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Comfortable spending time on the manufacturing floor to learn business operations and the employee experience.
  • Willingness to travel during business rotations as needed.

After the Program

Upon completion, associates are eligible for opportunities within Human Resources, including Learning & Development or other business areas, based on performance, interests, skills, and organizational needs.
