About the Client Partnerships Team

The Client Partnership team leads the strategic and relationship side of our influencer marketing services agency throughout the lifecycle of an account at Collectively. This team ensures our partnership with clients is successful, industry-leading, and directly supports our client's creator marketing ambitions. The team cultivates and grows relationships with account stakeholders through best-in-class work and services, delivering strategic influencer marketing proposals/RFPs, thought partnership, and ongoing strategic direction to help brands become more effective, innovative creator-centric marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RFP & proposal development: digest client briefs, synthesize trends and data, and project-manage responses cross-functionally by shaping influencer campaign strategies, curating agency offerings, building budgets, and presenting partnership approaches.
  • Support client onboarding: guide Client Strategy teams through net-new account set-up and hand-off, including campaign kick-offs, partnership contracting, administrative workflows, and ensuring a smooth transition to day-to-day account leads.
  • Reporting & analytics collaboration: partner with Analytics on performance hypotheses, translating learnings into strategic insights and sales enablement materials that drive further revenue growth.
  • Build client relationships: manage regular touch-points, model strong client service, surface friction points to leadership, and stay fluent in trends, competitors, and industry landscape.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of direct experience in influencer marketing at an agency or PR firm.
  • A balance of data-driven and creative thinking.
  • Independent, critical thinking with the confidence to put ideas forward and refine them through feedback.
  • Exceptional client servicing instincts and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA or equivalent.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $86,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
