About the role
As a Restaurant Manager at our PDQ restaurant in Deerfield Beach, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Guests' expectations are exceeded and their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Train and develop Team Members to provide a superior guest experience.
- Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations effectively.
- Focus relentlessly on maintaining high standards of quality.
- Handle all aspects of kitchen management, including ordering and receiving products.
- Schedule and manage shifts to optimize efficiency.
- Understand and positively influence financial performance through P&L statements.
- Maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coach and reward Team Members based on performance and effort.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick-service restaurants.
- Excellent people and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in all aspects of kitchen management.
- Ability to read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Effective coaching and recognition of Team Member performance and effort.
