Management Controller

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of budgets in coordination with various stakeholders;
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of activity-based costs;
• Assist in setting up and updating dashboards and performance indicators (KPI);
• Contribute to analyzing gaps between forecasts and actuals, and propose corrective actions;
• Participate in specific studies and provide technical support to internal and external teams (auditors, controllers, etc.);
• Participate in producing regular reports on activities (mines, plants, support functions) to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Excel and ease with management tools or ERP systems;
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities;
• Team spirit, rigor, and organizational skills;
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to an industrial environment;
• Good interpersonal skills and clear communication.

Academic Background & Experience

Degree in General Engineering or Master’s in Business/Finance (Grande École). Three to four years of experience in management control and operational performance management in an industrial environment. Position based in Rabat, Morocco.
