Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Contribute to the success of the business
Requirements
- At least 1 year of management experience in a food service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver’s license
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Dairy Queen menu items and operations
