Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Train and supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• At least 1 year of management experience in a food service environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Valid Texas driver’s license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Dairy Queen menu items and operations
