MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

About the role

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst/Test Resource Manager (TRM) within the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Management of Programs and Operations (TEMPO) Department of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a team leader who works with team members to successfully complete specific tasks, produce work products and services, and meet program objectives.
• Integrate work processes and products, obtain resources, and maintain liaison with the supervisor.
• Conduct analytical work to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Accurately forecast, plan, and request test resources for Test and Evaluation schedules, requirements and objectives.
• Plan, manage, and execute complex Test and Evaluation requirements and tasks in support of a program and Test and Evaluation IPT priorities and objectives.
• Provide advice and guidance to team participants on resource plans, schedules, methods, policies and objectives.
