Management Analyst/Project Manager (202608)

PURVIS Systems is a technology solutions partner that develops, implements, and maintains mission-critical solutions for federal and local government agencies. This role supports our client 100% on-site at their location in Bethesda, MD and has an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff projects’ weekly and monthly status reports
• Perform planning functions for project reviews
• Attend meetings and draft/generate meeting reports; distribute to the team for review and comment, incorporate comments, and distribute the final report
• Collect and document action items; distribute reports and track action-item resolutions
• Support the development and updates of project schedules
• Assist in implementation of suggestion and action-item resolutions
• Analyze Excel financial spreadsheets and Word documents
• Develop plans and agendas for project meetings
• Organize and make arrangements for business meetings
• Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking across multiple divisions
• Create process maps and tracking protocols for staff’s daily work tasks
• Create executive-level presentations and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline required; four years of related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
• Six years of management analysis experience
• Experience with Smartsheet as a Project Management tool
• Task management for staff workflows
• Excellent PowerPoint skills, including preparing and presenting presentations
• Experience with the entire Microsoft Office/Teams Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project Management)
• Experience with SharePoint
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills
• Candidate will be required to complete a position of trust background investigation
