Job Duties
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations
- Design systems and procedures
- Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals
- Assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
- Direct the activities of more junior Analysts or other staff
Requirements
- BS or BA degree
- At least four (4) years of experience as an analyst in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline
- Two (2) years professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices
- Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to management and operations of Department of Navy Systems Commands
Education
- BS or BA degree
- AS or AA degree and an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS
- An additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
Security Clearance
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location
