Job Duties
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations
- Design systems and procedures
- Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals
- Aid management in efficient and effective operations
- Direct activities of more junior Analysts or other staff
Requirements
- BS or BA degree
- AS or AA degree and 4 years of experience may substitute for a BA/BS
- 8 years of experience may substitute for a BA/BS
- At least 4 years of experience as an analyst in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline
- At least 2 years of professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices
- Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation
- Experience using advanced features of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
