MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Responsibilities
- Provide support services including records management, freedom of information, files management, record disposition, and print publications.
- Use various computer software programs to prepare and monitor reports.
- Create spreadsheets and graphs to report data trends to senior leaders.
- Conduct work measurements to compare past, current, and projected data.
- Research and prepare reports, identify problems, and propose resolutions.
- Perform technical work in support of contract specialists and all negotiated procurement activities.
- Establish and maintain contract and procurement files.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include:
- Creating spreadsheets and graphs to report data trends to senior leaders.
- Providing support services such as records management, freedom of information, files management, record disposition, and print publications.
- Using various computer software programs to prepare and monitor reports.
- Performing technical work in support of contract specialists and negotiated procurement activities.
- Establishing and maintaining contract and procurement files.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills.
Qualifications
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or a combination of education and experience:
- A master's or equivalent graduate degree, or
- Two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or
- An LL.B. or J.D., if related.
