About the Role
As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality, while managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities.
In this role within our Finance practice, you will focus on managing financial operations, including financial reporting and risk management. You will take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and strategic guidance to optimize client financial performance
- Manage financial processes and ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities
- Guide teams in the development and execution of financial reporting and analysis
- Utilize analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to address financial challenges
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Coach team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Encourage innovation and embrace technology to improve financial operations
- Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
Qualifications
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in one of the following fields of study:

Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
