Role Overview

As a Managed Services Infrastructure Technician, you'll be instrumental in implementing, optimizing, and troubleshooting cutting-edge network and IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. Operating in a dynamic environment, you'll ensure seamless service delivery through agile methodologies and meticulous attention to detail. From in-house configuration to on-site support, your expertise will drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client systems for optimization and upgrades.
  • Deliver agile network services, encompassing in-house, remote, and on-site support.
  • Provide comprehensive support for routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
  • Collaborate with engineers to stage and deploy equipment, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Conduct precise infrastructure installations, including robust wire management solutions.
  • Execute and validate backup procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Document network configurations and setups with clarity and precision.

Qualifications

  • Associates or higher degree preferred.
  • Possession of Cisco certifications such as CCNA and CCNP is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT/Managed Services technician or equivalent work experience.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Profound understanding of modern IP infrastructure elements, including network security, cloud-based networking, and enterprise design principles.
  • Familiarity with ISP transport technologies and contemporary network architecture concepts, enabling effective collaboration with network engineers and architects in designing robust and scalable network solutions.
