Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned managed services accounts, with a focus on driving revenue growth and ensuring we exceed their expectations
- Ensure client implementations and engagements remain on schedule by providing the data science team with clear direction and priorities
- Oversee the execution of client campaigns and strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services, solutions, and prompt resolution of any issues
- Contribute to operational improvements, growth initiatives, and marketing efforts
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client outcomes; assist with scoping proposals and presenting new offerings
- Deliver regular service reviews, usage reports, and tailored, actionable recommendations that highlight PLUM's impact and demonstrate ongoing value to each client
- Collaborate on internal initiatives including onboarding workflows, documentation, and support processes
- Contribute to customer success stories, industry-focused content, and sales enablement materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management, customer success, or IT service delivery experience—preferably within a managed services provider (MSP) or IT consultancy
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- 4 year college degree
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote support systems
- Comfortable in a startup setting—flexible, self-directed, and solution-oriented
- Experience working with AI startups (e.g. data science, ML ops) a plus but not required. A proven track record of analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
