About the Role
We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our dynamic team dedicated to best-in-class quality and service excellence. This position is critical to our organization, impacting both profitability and the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Operates x-ray equipment and performs a variety of mammography-related diagnostic procedures.
- Maintains a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique.
- Understands, promotes, and demonstrates the Solis Way.
- Communicates effectively with patients, doctors, and other employees regarding procedures and patient education.
- Exhibits outstanding customer service skills and maintains a patient-first focus.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program and hold current certification by ARRT in Radiography.
- ARRT advanced level certification in mammography with documentation of clinical experience, or MQSA qualified and (M) registry eligible.
- Current on all required continuing education and continuing experience as required by MQSA and ARRT.
- High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred.
- Must possess non-restricted licensure in state work location.
- Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS software is preferred.
- Two years of experience in mammography is preferred.
- Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred.
- Prior quality control experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Pay
$45.00 to $55.00 commensurate with experience
