About the Role

Make an impact beyond the scan by helping patients feel cared for, supported, and empowered throughout their breast health journey. This is a screening-only Mammography Tech position, performing a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting. Responsibilities include producing high-quality radiographic images and interacting with patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Dependent on location, may utilize general radiography skills for diagnostic radiology exams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform screening-only mammography procedures in a high-volume outpatient setting.
  • Produce high-quality radiographic images while ensuring patient comfort and care.
  • Conduct required quality control activities as mandated by MQSA and the FDA.
  • Utilize general radiography skills for diagnostic radiology exams, if required by location.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, meeting ARRT registry requirements.
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT) upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Mammography within 1 year of hire.
  • Dependent on location, prior general radiography experience may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of full-time mammography experience.

Pay

$44.06 - $69.55 (base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, overtime, or bonuses).
