Charlotte Hungerford Hospital is a 122-bed, general acute care community hospital serving the 100,000 residents of Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut. Responsibilities

• Operate digital and analog mammography equipment.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media.
• Assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of breast anatomy and physiology.
• Perform needle localizations and stereotactic biopsies using a variety of products.

Requirements

• Graduation from an AMA-accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT credentialed Radiology Technologist.
• CT Radiographer license.
• Maintain continuing education units specific to mammography.
