About the Role

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.

Responsibilities

  • Independently performing mammographic examinations in accordance to department protocols and ACR imaging standards and safety standards, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, PACS, and other related medical imaging equipment
  • This professional technologist position will have an impact on quality, safety and the patient experience

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology and/or appropriate training to obtain license
  • At least 1 year as a radiologic technologist including training in mammography
  • Licenses/Certifications Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certified and registered radiographer and mammographer; Massachusetts DPH Radiation Control Program Radiography and Mammography License
  • BLS

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $46.00 - $68.35
  • The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
