We are seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist with expertise in Mammography to provide safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities Include Performing a variety of technical procedures independently, ensuring accurate patient positioning, equipment setup, and image quality.Obtaining complete clinical histories, verifying patient identity, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.Maintaining equipment through proper operation, troubleshooting malfunctions, and adhering to infection control standards.Communicating clearly with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure patient comfort using AIDET principles.Participating in quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance to meet accreditation standards.Supporting departmental operations by restocking supplies, assisting with patient transport, and performing clerical duties as needed. Qualifications And Skills Include Accredited Radiologic Technology program completion and valid ARRT-M, ARRT-R, and BLS certifications.Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with preferred Mammography experience.Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently.Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, radiation safety, and proficiency in all aspects of Mammography procedures.
