Mammographer Technologist - Will Train

Role Overview Seeking a Full-Time Mammography Technologist with responsibilities including performing screening and diagnostic mammograms, and potentially learning additional procedures such as Localizations, stereotactic, and Contrast Enhanced (CEM) biopsies. Location involves rotating between multiple centers, with shifts between 7am and 4:30pm, and occasional Saturdays. The role requires preparing patients and equipment, performing studies independently, and maintaining quality control. Preferred certifications include RT (M), with training available for Mammography (M). Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency, and R.T. (R) registry. Experience is not mandatory but 2+ years and certifications like CPR, Intravenous Therapy are preferred. Key Skills & Requirements Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in mammography and other modalities.Willingness to learn and expand skill set.Strong patient preparation and equipment handling skills.Licenses/certifications: IEMA (Illinois), RTR, CT, MR, BD, and others.
