About the role

Your future role at Ascension St. John Medical Center and community hospitals involves performing high-precision mammography exams, educating and supporting patients, and delivering meticulous diagnostic records.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision mammography exams by expertly positioning patients and adjusting technical parameters.
• Educate and support patients throughout the imaging process.
• Deliver meticulous diagnostic records by ensuring all images, patient histories, and markers are accurately captured and uploaded to the digital system (PACS).
• Uphold rigorous radiation safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s) BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Additional Preferences: 2 years mammo experience preferred.

Qualifications

Pay

Salary: Additional $8 per hour on top of base pay.

Schedule: Full Time. Day Shift. Some Saturdays on occasion.
