Mall Security Supervisor

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Mall Security Guard. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The primary focus is on building meaningful connections through excellent customer service in a shopping center environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into all business practices.
• Serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and staff.
• Select, orient, train, and develop staff.
• Maintain security operations, reduce risks, and minimize costs.
• Respond to emergencies and report accurately.
• Supervise and support site officers.
• Recommend and participate in disciplinary actions.
• Manage employee performance and conduct.

Requirements

• Able to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer proficiency.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• State license may be required.
