Mall Security Supervisor

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Supervisor - Corporate Client position. The ideal candidate must be 21 years old, have at least one year of recent security supervisor experience, and hold an active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of security operations including training new officers, conducting post checks, and scheduling to ensure zero dark posts.
• Customer service duties such as welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them through the facility.
• Managing access control and ensuring the highest standards of security service.
• Responding to operational emergencies and coordinating with emergency teams.
• Maintaining operational logs, records, and post orders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and employees.
• Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks and inspecting security equipment.
• Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• A state security license and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings.
• Able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in basic phone and computer skills.
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Saturday - Wednesday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
